LIONESS TOUCH HALFWAY HOUSE FOR VETERANS

FROM THE HEART

I’m Danquole “Shaun” Robinson, and I created Lioness Touch from a place of lived experience, love, and purpose. This organization was born from watching someone I love — my brother — return home from service without the support he deserved. His struggle ignited a fire in me, a calling I couldn’t ignore: to be the hands and heart that catch our heroes when the system does not.

Lioness Touch is more than a nonprofit — it’s a movement, a mission, and a home. We stand in the gap for homeless and elderly veterans, offering not just shelter, but dignity. Not just services, but second chances. Through transitional housing, job opportunities, and real community connection, we’re building pathways back to peace, one life at a time.

NICE TO MEET YOU

An Open Book

Welcome to my blog — a sacred space where purpose meets passion, and where every word reflects a deeper calling. Lioness Touch is more than a project; it’s a piece of my soul, shaped by experience, driven by compassion, and rooted in service to those who’ve been overlooked for far too long.

Here, I share the heart behind the mission — the moments, memories, and movements that keep me going. Whether I’m writing about my personal journey, my dreams for our veterans, or the lessons I’m learning along the way, know this: I write with intention, transparency, and love.

If you're here, it’s not by accident. So explore, reflect, and don’t be a stranger. I welcome your thoughts, your questions, and your light.
